Photo & Video Release Form

I hereby authorize and grant permission for photographs, audio, videos, and digital images (“Images”) of me and/or my child that have been sent to Edge Fastpitch (“Edge”), or Images that have been taken by me or by Edge, its designee, or the media, to be used for the purposes herein granted by this Image Release.

1.      Right to Use. I hereby authorize and grant Edge and its successors, assigns, principals, Board members and agents, along with the media, ownership rights in, and the right to use, the Images in any manner for promotional, marketing, distribution, and/or advertising purposes, including, but not limited to, advertisements, social media content, website materials, or any other medium now known or hereafter developed, without payment or other consideration (“Use”).

2.      Waiver. I hereby waive and release all right, title, and interest in the Images, including any derivative works from the Images. I also waive and release any right to inspect or approve the Images and the Use thereof. I agree that Edge shall have all right, title, and interest in the Images, including any derivative works from the Images, in whatever form. I acknowledge that the Images may be used, reused, published, or republished by Edge, and may be distorted or altered in character, form, size, color, or otherwise. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or any other compensation arising from the Use of the Images.

3.      Release. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Edge and its successors, assigns, principals, Board members, and agents, from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, and causes of action of every nature whatsoever resulting from the Use of the Images.

By signing below, I hereby certify that I have read and understand the above Image Release and agree to its terms. I represent and warrant that I am at least 18 years of age and I have full legal authority to execute this Image Release on my own behalf and/or on behalf of my child.

I give my consent to Edge to use all Images, for both myself and my child, if applicable, consistent with the terms of this Release.
